What are your shipping rates?

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

This is a somewhat tricky question. I do not move through enough products yet to keep an inventory (with the exception of the calendars). I order all fine art prints and t-shirts within 24 hours of your order being placed online.

Glossy and metallic fine art prints typically take 7 business days to arrive. Metal prints typically take 10 business days to arrive. T-shirts take the longest amount of time: up to 14 business days. Calendars are shipped USPS Flat Rate and typically arrive in less than 3 business days.

What is your holiday shipping schedule?

Each year I update my Holiday Shipping Schedule to show deadlines for ordering fine art prints and products with a guaranteed Christmas delivery. Although it's not really guaranteed because Mother Nature could decide to lay the winter storm of the century across the country and disrupt everything. But follow the link above to see the order deadlines for the almost-guarantee Christmas delivery.

My order is incorrect or damaged. What can I do?

Can I cancel an order?

You can only cancel an order if you contact me via email at jason@roadtripsandcoffee.com before I process the order. I typically process all orders within 24 hours so be sure to act fast!

Once an order has been processed you are not able to cancel.

Can I return a fine art print?

I want everyone to be happy with the artwork they received so of course I offer returns. Please see the Return Policy page to learn more about deadlines, returns, and refunds.

Can I return a calendar?

I only accept returns of calendars until January 31 of each year.

Can I return a t-shirt?

Yes, you can return any t-shirt that has not been worn and/or washed. Please see the Return Policy page for more information.

How do I receive the Travel Guides?

The Travel Guides are downloadable PDF documents. Once you have completed the order online you should receive an email with a link and instructions on how to download your Travel Guide.

If you did not receive that email or the download link does not work for any reason please contact me at jason@roadtripsandcoffee.com and I will send you a new link.
